The Brazilian weather bureau's  website is in Portuguese but it is intuititve, informative and user friendly. For example, start at the home page, then click Climatologia > Mapas to see Annual Maxiumum Temperature. Maps are available for high, low and average temperatures, rainfall, number of days of rain, etc. by month and annual average.
